PARKING POLICIES

Parking & Hokies Respect Policy

Parking is usually open on game days within 4-5 hours before noon and 1 pm games. Usually, the later the game is scheduled, the longer the lot will be open before game time (up to 6 hours before kick-off).

Four (4) occupancy limits per vehicle. $5 cover charge for each additional occupant and pedestrian joining your tailgate.

Vehicles must be removed from the property within 2 hours after game ends (unless special arrangements are made in advance). Violators may be subject to towing at the car owner’s expense.

No Re-entry

All season pass and reserved pass holders must present their validated pass to the attendant upon entering the grounds and leave on dashboard in plain view.

Always drive slowly and carefully on the grounds, especially during wet and inclement weather to prevent damage to the lawn and landscaping.

Management reserves the right to close parking if weather may cause serious damage to the grounds (e.g., 2009 Miami game torrential downpour disaster!).

Please be patient if you are by chance temporarily blocked in. Lanes will open shortly after the game.

Housing structures, porches/patios, and landscape beds are OFF-LIMIT areas for Parkers & guests.
DO NOT climb or allow children to play on the slope up to the trail path, as it is a Natural Habitat. Please use the steps to access the Huckleberry Trail.

You will be held responsible for damages that you or your guests may cause to the property and grounds.

Please do NOT litter. Please clean up your tailgate thoroughly upon leaving the grounds. Trash receptacles are provided.

Portajohn facilities are provided.

Open-flame grills and firepits are NOT allowed.

Small propane portable heaters and grills are allowed with constant supervision.

Pets are not allowed on the property, except for service animals.

No excessive consumption of alcoholic beverages. Out of control, drunken behavior will not be tolerated.

Parking is at your own risk. Property Owner/Managers are not responsible for injury, damage, or theft of your vehicle or the contents of the vehicle. Property Owner/ Managers make no warranties and are held harmless against any claims or liability whatsoever.

No Refunds including cancelled games, etc.

Management reserves the right to revoke parking privileges if it is determined that Parkers/guests are a nuisance to the residents, the property, and other Parkers.

The owner of the pass is responsible for any violations of the policy due to someone using the pass (e.g., if you lend it out or sell it and there is a violation, you, as the owner of the pass, are responsible if any issues occur).

Policies and regulations are subject to change at the Owner’s discretion.
